Butter Chicken is a dish with a creamy, tangy, rich comforting flavor profiles. It originates from New Delhi, and is now a familiar dish worldwide.
Use this spice blend to marinate protein/ vegetable/ or paneer of choice, and then add to pan with tomatoes, and cook in butter. Once those start cooking, simmer with coconut milk and garnish with cilantro, add salt to taste and serve with rice or paratha.
Ingredients: Cumin, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander, Fennel Seed, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Black Pepper, Salt, Garam Masala Fenugreek, Fenugreek Leaves, Paprika.
