Refund policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns* on unused, unopened, un-altered items in original condition. Items returned after this timeframe may not qualify for a refund, or they may only qualify for store credit. 

Please email us (sales@shopwomanshopsworld.com) within 3 days of receiving your order, and prior to returning items to obtain a return slip & begin the process. 

Restocking fees may apply to:
- Tassel/pompom returns
- Multiple items/large quantity returns 
- Rare item returns 
Requests made more than 3 days of receipt of goods 
- Returns made without approval

Not eligible for return or refund: 
- Items not in their original condition (damaged/ missing parts, etc) 
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery 
- Ribbons, trims, or fabrics that have been cut for you
- Sale Items (Last Call, Overstock, etc), Custom Run Items, Gift Certificates

Refunds 
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the refund (if applicable).
 
Once the refund is processed, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days. 

Free shipping promos (if applicable) are subject to be deducted from the refund.

Items returned without approval, or outside of refund window, are subject to be applied towards store credit or returned to customer. 

Late or Missing Refunds 
If a refund hasn't been received yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a few days, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received a refund yet, please contact us at sales@shopwomanshopsworld.com.

Exchanges
Usually it's best for both parties to process a return and to re-order the new item.
Please send us an email at sales@shopwomanshopsworld.com to inquire if an exchange is possible.

Shipping
Unless we made an error, customers are responsible for return fees. If you’d like a prepaid postage label* for the return, the postage fees will be deducted from the refund.
*Offer may not be valid for orders placed on Meta/Facebook/Instagram.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to ensure the returned item reaches us effectively.
