The contrast of colors in this trim is pure delight! Rich teal silk is accented with neon pink and yellow, and metallic threads in a whimsical flowing pattern. This trim is so "Indian" to me; it is all bright and festive and color, coupled with a bit of sparkle. I hand-select these beautifully embroidered silk trims from a huge storehouse in India. I'm like a kid in a candy shop over these beauties- the colors are overwhelming!
Traditionally used as Sari borders, but the adornment possibilities are endless! Tablecloth borders, pillowcase borders, jeans trim, belt, jacket trim.....get inspired and create!
