These beautiful beads are made from Rudraksha seeds paired with pearls.
Hailing from India, Rudraksha seeds are traditionally used as prayer beads in Hinduism. They are the seeds of the Rudraksha tree, and legend has it that when Lord Shiva awoke from a long meditation, he shed a tear; from this tear grew the Rudraksha tree.
Pearls are known as "moti" in Hindi, and they are symbolic of the moon. They encourage positive thinking and balance, and are believed to attract good luck and wealth.
