As much as we would love to ship your order the moment you place it, the reality is that there are lots of orders in front of yours! As we ship an unbelievable number of orders every day, especially for a small business, it's only fair that we ship in the order that the orders come in. Orders usually ship within 3 business days, sometimes more if we are really busy.
Please note: we only ship Monday - Friday via USPS, unless other requests are made.
If you wish to expedite your shipping, please choose the desired shipping method at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up delivery after an order leaves our studio, but has no bearing on our in house processing times. If you have an urgent shipping need, please email our team before ordering to be sure we can meet your timeline.
Please make sure that each order's address is the correct & current shipping address! We ship to the address attached to each invoice. If items are returned, postage will need to be paid again before we reship. We accept no responsibility for packages delivered to an outdated address.
⚡ ORDER TRACKING
All orders have a tracking number once shipped. Please use that tracking number to locate your package. If the package appears to be lost, please contact the post office.
WomanShopsWorld does not accept responsibility for packages lost by the post office.
⚡ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail, unless a shipping upgrade is purchased. There will be tracking provided until the package leaves the US. After that point, it may not be trackable.
International shipments can take 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer. This depends on the Customs in your country; we have no control over this timeline. If you would like expedited shipping, or door-to-door tracking, please email us before purchasing.
For packages shipped to international addresses: customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred. There is nothing we can do about these fees and we claim no responsibilities for any duties or tariffs that are levied against your purchase. This is an unavoidable part of international commerce.
⚡GENERAL KINDNESS AND RESPECT
Lastly: if you are rude, grouchy, offensive, or just plain hard to get along with, I reserve the right to cancel your order. I work for myself so that I don't have to put up with grumps!
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns on any un-altered items if you contact me within 3 days of receipt of your goods. Please contact me BEFORE you return the goods so that I am aware of what items you would like to return.
➜ Any return requests made after 3 days of receipt of goods will incur a 10% restocking fee.
➜ Tassel & pompom returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Sorry guys, but it takes a lot of time to pull them and time to put the back!
➜ We are not able to accept returns on yardage of fabric or ribbons, as they have been cut to your desired quantity.
➜ Overstock Sale, Last Chance Sale, Custom Run items & Gift Certificates DO NOT qualify for refunds or exchanges.

We respond to messages as quickly as possible. While we try to respond right away, sometimes it might take a day or so to get back to you, especially over the weekend. Thank you for understanding!
⚡ONLINE ONLY, NO SHOPPING IN PERSON

However, all of our business is done online. We are set up in our stockrooms and in our daily schedules to ship, ship ship! As much as we'd love the company, this translates to our warehouse being a beautiful mess that is just not fit for shopping in person.
We've got our goodies listed online and we ship within 1-3 business days. I'd say with the added thrill of receiving a package in the mailbox, it's more fun than shopping in person :-)
We do offer wholesale discounts*, but our discounts are a bit different from the rest of the industry, as our items are mostly artisan-made and often difficult to source. Currently, we offer 20% off purchases of 50+ tassels/poms or $200+ of qualifying items, 25% off purchases $750+, and 30% off purchase $1250+.
If you email a copy of your resale license, we can register you as tax-free as well. And if you are looking for much larger quantities (ex: 35+ bracelets, 100+ tassels or 1000+ beads), please reach out to us via email to discuss specialty pricing. Click here for more info.
