Detail & Features
This lovely hand-beaded hamsa hand pendant measures approximately 1" wide by 1" tall. Made from miyuki seed beads, it is lightweight and flexible. The loop up top would allow for a string or cord up to approximately 2mm.
The Hamsa is an ancient symbol found in cultures around the world; it is believed to ward off evil onlookers, bad juju, and the evil eye. In many cultures they are worn as amulets or good luck charms and are believed to bring the wearer happiness, luck, health, and good fortune.
The Evil Eye in the center of the hand is also an ancient symbol, hailing from Greece and Rome, though it can be found in almost every culture in the world. Wearing an evil eye is supposed to protect one from evil glances or bad luck.
This would make an excellent addition to necklaces, keychains, ceiling fan pulls, purse charms, curtain tie backs & more! Find your pot of creative gold at the end of this rainbow!
